Relationships, Rewards & Recognition

Today is Christmas eve. A week more to 2010. It has been a good 2009. A year of ups & downs; just like the way we get the sunshine & the rain. Sometimes more. Sometimes less. Whatever it is, make sure we are ready to face the weather.

Relationships are important. Families and friends. Nurture these and deepen them. If we are in business, relationships are important too. Lest we forget, trust builds relationships and we need to be trustworthy at all times. Deliver what we promise. Sincerely.

Rewards are important too. Monetary or otherwise, rewards motivate. But what is more important is love what you do and the rewards will follow.

Recognition is also important. We all need to be stroked once in a while. As the saying goes, do unto others what you want them to do unto you. Praise those who deserve praise. Let your words and actions lift & build others up.
